Here you’ll get a complete run through of the Leadership Circle Profile and select the individuals you want to feedback from—bossess, peers, colleagues, direct reports—who have meaningful insights into your leadership. This step ensures that you feel connected with your coach and that the feedback you receive is relevant to your leadership role within the organization.

GROW BY POWERFUL INSIGHTS
Next, we'll compile all the feedback into a detailed report filled with valuable insights into your leadership. This report becomes a rich resource, providing an in-depth analysis of both how you perceive yourself and how others view your leadership, highlighting your strengths and pinpointing areas for growth. In a debrief session with your experienced leadership coach, you’ll dive deep into this fresh perspective, exploring your leadership skills, attitudes, influence, overall effectiveness, and key leadership competencies. This conversation lays the foundation for powerful self-awareness and transformative growth.

From this heightened awareness, you and your coach will collaboratively design a personalized leadership development plan.
